1.Acceptance of these Terms

NeuroEvidence.ai ("NeuroEvidence," "we," "us," or "our") provides an evidence-based clinical information platform for neurology (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, or by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals, trainees, and others involved in clinical care, research, or education. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that any professional information you provide (including occupation, specialty, and NPI) is true and accurate. Where you provide a National Provider Identifier (NPI), you authorize us to verify it against publicly available registries.

3.Not medical advice

Content is generated in part by automated systems and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. You are solely responsible for all clinical decisions and for verifying any information against primary sources, product labeling, and applicable guidelines before relying on it in patient care. Nothing in the Service creates a provider–patient relationship between you and NeuroEvidence.

4.No patient information

You agree not to enter protected health information (PHI) or any information that identifies an individual patient into the Service, including names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, or admission dates. The Service is not designed to store PHI and is not offered as a HIPAA business associate. You are responsible for de-identifying any clinical scenario before entering it.

5.Your account

Accounts use passwordless sign-in: we email a one-time code to the address you provide. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email account and for all activity under your account. Do not share your sign-in codes. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may request deletion of your account and saved conversations at any time.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in a way that violates any law or the rights of others;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content, or attempt to reconstruct the underlying database;
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its security features;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission;
• Misrepresent your identity or professional credentials.

7.Intellectual property

The Service, including its text, design, organization, and software, is owned by NeuroEvidence or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Underlying clinical trials, guidelines, and drug labeling are the property of their respective owners and are summarized here for educational use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own professional and educational purposes, subject to these Terms.

8.Third-party content and links

The Service references and links to third-party sources such as published trials, professional-society guidelines, and regulatory materials. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and a reference does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms.

9.Privacy

We collect the account information you provide (such as email, name, occupation, specialty, and NPI) and usage information needed to operate and improve the Service. Saved conversations are stored to let you return to them and are associated with your account. We do not sell your personal information. Please also review our Disclaimer.

10.Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

11.Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEUROEVIDENCE AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM CLINICAL DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

12.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuroEvidence and its contributors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may ask you to re-accept the Terms. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
